COVID-19 RESIDENT AND TEAM MEMBER WEEKLY STATUS

The information below is Greenfield Care Center of Southgate’s regular update to help ensure residents, family, team members and the community are kept up to date on our current COVID-19 status.

In the event of a positive case, we have protocols in place to protect our residents and team members including testing and immediately isolating residents with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. In addition, team members with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are tested and directed to stay at home until they are fully recovered.

• Three or more residents or staff with new-onset of respiratory symptoms occurring within 72 hours of each other: 0
• Team members currently unavailable to work because of a COVID-19 positive test: 2
